This Privacy Policy explains how HALYCE ("HALYCE," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit halyce.com (the "Site"), contact us, or opt in to the HALYCE SMS messaging program (the "SMS Program").

1. Information We Collect

• Contact form: your name, organization, email address, area of interest, and message.
• SMS Program: your mobile phone number and a record of your consent to receive text messages, including the date, time, and method of opt-in.
• Communications: the content of emails and text messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security provider automatically processes technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you request. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and protect it against abuse. The Site does not use advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers: companies that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, and text message delivery, solely to provide those services to us and subject to confidentiality obligations. Sharing of SMS opt-in data and mobile information is limited as described in Section 3.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HALYCE, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy, except that SMS opt-in data and consent will not be transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain records of SMS consent and opt-out requests as required by applicable law, and then delete or anonymize it.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out of the SMS Program.
• Access, correction, and deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@halyce.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site and the SMS Program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
