These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HALYCE website at halyce.com (the "Site") and the HALYCE SMS messaging program (the "SMS Program"), operated by HALYCE ("HALYCE," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or opting in to the SMS Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the SMS Program.

1. SMS Messaging Program

Program description

The HALYCE SMS Program sends text messages to people who have opted in to receive them. Messages may include responses to inquiries you submit to us, customer support communications, service updates, product updates (such as new firmware and features), renewal reminders, and information about HALYCE products and services you have expressed interest in.

Opting in

You may opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, or by otherwise giving us your express consent to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using our services.

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS Program at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you a message. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from the SMS Program unless you opt in again.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply to any messages you send to us and receive from us. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan.

Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network operator.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to enroll it. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to the SMS Program. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please text STOP from that number first or contact us so we can remove it.

Privacy

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false or misleading information through it, including through the contact form.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including the HALYCE name and logo, text, graphics, and images, are owned by or licensed to HALYCE and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without our prior written permission, except to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party names and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of HALYCE.

4. Information on the Site

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Product features, specifications, compatibility, and availability may change without notice, and nothing on the Site is an offer or a guarantee of any particular performance or result.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the SMS Program are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or the SMS Program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HALYCE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the SMS Program.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site or the SMS Program after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
